But I always dreaded calling them in the past (not sure if they're still like this). If a problem/inquiry of mine didn't fit into a category on the automated phone system, I could never get through to an actual person or operator. I usually had to pick a random employee and then get transferred to the right dept. If I have to call CZP or SZ, I can just about guarantee I'll be speaking to either Coz, Greg, or Seb and my questions will be answered in a matter of seconds. Although Z1 is the biggest of the 3 companies, it would nice if they were a little more knowledgeable and friendlier.
